2. Service Description
- Entering names to check the “crush probability (affection score)” between individuals.
- Viewing “Nearby Rankings” through location-based features.
- Accessing premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
3. Subscriptions
- The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions to provide premium features.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account, and pricing and terms are available within the App’s subscription screen and on the App Store.
4. Privacy
- Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
- Details on how we collect, use, and store personal data can be found via the Privacy Policy link available within the App.
5. User Obligations
- You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe upon the rights of others.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
